Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Refund Policy • Notice Period: At least 48 hours’ notice is required to reschedule or cancel an appointment. Cancellations must be made during office hours (Monday–Friday, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm). Notices received outside these hours will be processed the next working day. • Late Cancellations & No-Shows: If less than 48 hours’ notice is given, the full session fee will be charged. • Client Condition: Sessions will not proceed if the client is under the influence of alcohol or recreational drugs. In such cases, the full fee remains payable. • Payments & Refunds: Payment covers the session time, not a guaranteed outcome. Refunds are only issued if I cancel the session or if you cancel with sufficient notice.
